Will it be four more years of the same old stuff that we have watched for the past four years?

Why should we believe that another four years of President Obama in the White House will be any better than past four years? What effect will four more years of gridlock in Washington, listless recovery have on the economy, the country and the people?
It is extremely unlikely that there will be a change in control of either chamber of Congress; the Republican majority may be slightly smaller in the House and there is a small chance of the Republicans gaining control of the Senate or it being split evenly.
What is going to be different?
What is going to change that will all for consensus making and bipartisan governing in Washington?
A lot of people think that if the president wins that we are in for four more years of the same old $hit that we have seen for the past four years and I fear that is a really bad recipe for economic recovery.

I am skeptical that things will be better in a second Obama term, but would love for my fellow viners to either convince me that things will be better or to tell me why they agree with my conclusion.
