The reelection of a president is a choice by the people, a vote of confidence some say, a declination of the policy and agenda of the opposition or simply a selection of the lesser of two evils.
A large number of Americans see the reelection of President Obama as a vote of confidence in his ability to right the economy and get the country back on track.
A common tag line from the series "The West Wing" comes to mind.
"What's Next"?
Many Americans are also waiting to hear the specifics of where we are going, what we are going to do along the way and what the result of the journey will be for “we the people”.
Much of the past four years has involved finger pointing at and blame for the previous administration of President Bush and to a large extent that blame was justified.

But four years have passed and the previous administration is now the current administration.
The Obama administration has met the enemy and it is their reflection in the White House mirrors.
It is time for the president to specifically tell the American people what he is going to do in his second term, how he is going to gain the support in Congress that he will require and what sacrifices will be required of the American people.
The American people specifically want to know the answer to two questions.
“What will be different in your second term, Mr. President”?
and
“Why will Washington work in a bipartisan way now, when it has not for the past four years”?
