It seems that the Democrats in Michigan have a odd view of the political process, when a bill they disagree with is passed.
“There will be blood,” Representative Douglas Geiss, a Democrat from Taylor, said during debate in the House of Representatives.
Rep Geiss has been in a State Representative since 2009.
I understand that the unions are opposed to the legislation because it diminishes their political coffers but would expect elected officials to show some restraint in their public remarks.
I am also aware that the representative flip-flopped on this remark when confronted with the reality of what he had said and what it could mean.
If there is violence, some will lay the blame on Rep Geiss' desk as they should since he made the initial call for violence
